I had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel. The staff was very considerate and accommodating. The facilities were great, especially for children, with plenty of play areas and pools. The room was modern and comfortable, with beautiful views. The buffet had a good selection of meals for the whole family. There were also plenty of activities available, including a spa for tired parents. it was a fantastic experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

This hotel has a very good position near the sea beach, the junior staff is courteous and correct, the rooms are clean, adequate correspondence quality/price.

Loud brouhaha and music at the nigth (frequently from the midnight till 05 a. m), incessant concerts and jazz-ferstivals, the nigth bars and disco clubs facing the hotel. The stuffy heat and absence of ventilator make impossible to close the window. The top administrative staff is inaccessible for complaints. Unfortumately, there is no information about these "peculiarities" of the Girandella Tourist Village hotel at the Booked.net website.

Within short walking distance to the restaurant sundance beach club. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Apollo bus stop.

Great beach and helpful staff. The buffet food was delicious with lots of variety. The gym was well-equipped and provided stunning views of the sea. The hotel was situated in a peaceful area, which allowed for a relaxing holiday.

The pool area was crowded and, even though it was an adults-only resort, there were still noisy children around. The room was smaller than expected and lacked storage, which made it feel cramped. The bars in the hotel were limited, and the lack of a central meeting point for entertainment made for a subdued atmosphere.

The food and the service of the employees were really excellent. Also the location (proximity to the beach) and the cleanliness of the beach and the facilities were way above our expections.

The standard of the room(s) was below our expectations. We booked a superior room with sea view. We could merely see trees. There might been rooms with a real sea view - ours was not. At the end it is "only" a two star hotel and the rooms delivered this rating. (At least, they were clean!) As I said earlier, service, food, and other facilities were way above two stars. The rooms were not. Still, to us it appears to be good value for money.

Close to beaches, walk to town. Decent buffet.

No internet in rooms, only at reception at about 3.50/hr.. Old, grungy and dirty furniture. Understaffed main reception. No air conditioning.

The hotel provided excellent transportation and parking services. The cleanliness was outstanding and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes.

We spent Christmas at this hotel. The dinner was great, and they had a lot of festive activities for guests to participate in. the location was great - there was a beautiful beach nearby and plenty of shops within walking distance. The room was also cozy, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

Some of the staff wasn't very friendly, and when we had a complaint they didn't seem to care. the amenities advertised on their website were not all available - for example, the gym was closed during our stay.

Very close to the sea, numerous beaches, no crowded feeling despite of many tourists. We had a superior room with sea view, which was spacious enough for two, and being on the top floor did have some sea view. The buildings are old-fashioned but the room was refurbished, the bathroom was ok. The staff was friendly, spoke many languages. Enough parking places. Worth the price.

Lack of air conditioning makes the room quite hot, even in the end of August-beginning of September. The buffet meals are not very diverse, but they were ok. Really a lot of wasps on the breakfast terrace, which made it impossible to eat outside. The village is best for families with children, as there are no places to go out in the evening, there are only other hotels all around.

Splendid first impressions, beautiful views, great coffee, efficient transportation, helpful staff, delicious meals.

The view from the balcony over the bay towards Cres.was beautiful and panoramic.The village was generally very quiet and there is a paved flat promenade running along the shore round to rabac,for restaurants,bars,disco, and boatrides.Liked the small scale of Rabac.Hotel staff are very efficient and friendly,going out of their way to help.,with good English! Restaurant food was largely of good quality and plentiful,if a bit repetetive. Grounds of `village` are wooded making it feel intimate. Liked the white rocks and pebbly beaches,and how close our room was to the sea!

Disappointed with the Girondella seawater swimming pool , due to patches of green mould on the bottom tiles, for several days.However they were eventually cleaned overnight. Didn`t like the high metal fence,between the pool and the bar/snack bar, the gate through was often closed. Two or three influxes of German school/college groups over our 10 days, who were noisy in the buffet restaurant and on the beach just below, but only in bursts! Soon dispersed on trips.

Very nice location of the hotels.

Cleanes of rooms was very poor, food always the same and litle choises, we tried to get the diferent room but they are not flexible at all.
